It is good posible to obtain the gnu compilers at gnu . However, HP offers a FREE product: B9891AA Linux porting kit, which contains the GNU compilers. If you look at their product page, you can see you can order it (2 cdrom's) for free. I would recomend this option.
If you do not like to wait some weeks, and have enough bandwith one might try to download. One just need one file: bin.depot from the second cdrom (about 135MB), this contains the compiler environment. If interested, Drop me a line
